Warranty Coverage
WALLET BUDDHA LLC provides a limited hardware warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original delivery date, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
Remedy
If a valid warranty claim is approved, WALLET BUDDHA LLC may repair the device, replace the device, or provide another remedy required by applicable law.
Not Covered
- Lost recovery phrases, lost private keys, lost passwords, or lost cryptoassets.
- Damage from misuse, accident, unauthorized repair, liquid, heat, modification, or improper storage.
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect device operation.
- Third-party services, blockchains, exchanges, apps, cables, or accessories not supplied with the product.
Security Reminder
Never send a recovery phrase, private key, wallet password, or seed phrase when requesting warranty support. WALLET BUDDHA LLC does not need those secrets to review a hardware claim.
