Limited Warranty
Limited hardware warranty terms for Wallet Buddha 2.0.
Warranty period
WALLET BUDDHA LLC warrants that a new Wallet Buddha NFC card is free from material defects in materials and workmanship for one year from confirmed delivery, unless local law requires a longer period.
Available remedies
After verification of a covered defect, WALLET BUDDHA LLC may repair the card, replace it with an equivalent product, or provide a refund where appropriate and required by law.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover misplacement, theft, cosmetic wear, accident, liquid damage, misuse, improper storage, unauthorised modification, cutting, bending, dismantling, or damage caused by third-party products.
Secret material
Warranty service cannot restore recovery words, private keys, card PINs, passwords, or passphrases. Remove personal information where possible and never share secret material with a returned card.
Claim process
Email support@buddha.capital with the order reference, card serial information, a non-secret description, and photographs where appropriate. Wait for written instructions before returning hardware.
