Shipping
Shipping options, destinations, costs, taxes, import duties, and delivery estimates will be displayed during checkout when live sales are enabled. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless checkout states otherwise.
Order Delays
If shipping is delayed after an accepted order, WALLET BUDDHA LLC will provide updated timing where required and give customers any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
Returns
Unless a different return window is shown at checkout or required by law, unopened products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Returned devices must include the original packaging and accessories.
Opened Devices
For security reasons, opened hardware wallets may be refused for resale return. If a device appears defective, review the Limited Warranty instead of opening a return request.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Refund timing may depend on the payment provider and bank processing times.
